St Patricks School

Forlico Builders were contracted to provide design and construct services to provide the St Patricks School with a new 750m2 Hall, Two new classrooms, refurbishment of six existing classrooms, extension to existing library.

This project was carried out under the BER schools programme under the guidance of Catholic schools office in Wagga. The main brief from the school management was to spread the budget over four buildings.

Forlico builders demonstrated that by being a part of the design process they were able to manage the budget satisfactorily and by having control of the design allowed them to adopt reasonably simple and cost effective construction processes.

Forlico’s employed “Interiors by George” to select and design the internal finishes.

Working closely with the school, “Interiors by George” Georgie Forlico clever and practical selection of colours and non expensive finishes created a unique atmosphere for each building. The overall result was pleasing to the eye but also being great value for money for the school.
