Anthony Forlico

Bachelor of Science (building)… client orientated and results focussed.

Anthony achieved his university qualifications through a cadetship with Fletcher Watts. Upon graduation Anthony was offered a project management role with Prime Constructions where he established himself in a senior role over a 10 year period.

Anthony gained extensive experience and knowledge to compliment his formal qualifications through managing multi million dollar projects. During this time with Prime Constructions Anthony’s focus was on office and industrial developments, institutional work and multi-story home units.

Bringing his experience into the family business Anthony has undertaken some major commercial projects in the region over a decade. These include refurbishment of the Griffith Ex-Serviceman Club, Leeton Council Chambers, CSIRO Land and Water Laboratories and Offices, Amity 35 Bed nursing home, Griffith Police Station, Griffith City Library, Leeton Library, Pioneer Lodge 75 Bed nursing home and refurbishment of Griffith City Council Offices & Chambers, BER School Projects, BP Truck Stop, Griffith City Library extension.

Over the years Anthony has also developed a strong professional relationship of mutual respect with architects in the industry including Popov Bass for whom Forlico Builders have completed a number of projects. Forlico Builders completed a Popov Bass designed residence which was awarded the Wilkinson Award for Best House in NSW with judging panel noting the final construction was competitive on the global stage. Master Builders Association of NSW further acknowledged the workmanship and management of this high end project with awarding Forlico Builders “The Winner of the Best Regional Builder of the Year 2013.
