This multi award winning project is a testament to the collaborative approach taken by Popov Bass, Forlico Builders and the client. The process from conception to finished build was truly a team effort where all involved in the process were valued for the expertise they brought to it. The architectural design was acknowledged with a Wilkinson Award and the buildings execution with this MBA award.

Project: Pioneer Lodge Nursing Home

The project involved the construction of a 75 bed nursing home for low and high care patients. This is the third nursing home project Forlico Builders has built in the area and in conjunction with Architects Boffa Robertson Group.

Project: Griffith Residence

This project was Design and Construct for a local residence in Griffith in conjunction with one of Australia’s leading architects – Alex Popov. Forlico Builders thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of working with a truly creative architectural practice and worked diligently to achieve the level of details expected.

This project was a positive experience for both Forlico Builders and Alex Popov Architects which lead to another Design and Construct collaboration resulting in a landmark cellar door/restaurant project for Sam Miranda Wines of the King Valley, VIC.

Project: Griffith Ex-Servicemen's Club

This project was a design and construct project for the Griffith Ex-Servicemen’s Club. MBA Judges awarded this accolade in recognition of the difficult site conditions and the ability to undertake all construction whilst the Club remained fully operational. This involved shiftwork and close liaison with Club management to ensure their needs were meet throughout the process and staff and patrons experienced minimal interruptions. Not one trading day was lost.

The Club management have continued their relationship with Forlico Builders and have engaged Forlico Builders for other Design and Construct projects associated with the Club.
