A difficult rocky site, unusual architectural steel structure and VM Zinc clad facade were overcome by Forlico Builders. The quality end result was recognised by judges when it was awarded a regional MBA excellence in construction award for best commercial project and best use of steel in a commercial building between three and five million dollars.
